This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of the domain name https://www.syskriti.in (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), including related mobile sites, mobile applications, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and community hubs (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

The Platform is owned and operated by SYSKRITI PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at Office No 15118, 15th Floor, Gaur City Mall, Noida Sector - 4, Gautam Buddha Nagar, India (hereinafter referred to as "Platform Owner", "SysKriti", "we", "us", or "our").
3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use" or "Terms") as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference.
By accessing, browsing, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Platform, you indicate your agreement to all the terms and conditions under these Terms of Use. Please read the Terms of Use carefully before proceeding.

For the purpose of these Terms:
- “Services” includes, but is not limited to, live cohort programs, self-paced learning courses, digital products, membership subscriptions, professional coaching, career support services, and IT/AI consulting services provided by SysKriti.
- “User,” “You,” “Your,” or “Learner” shall mean any natural or legal person who visits, browses, accesses, or agrees to become a user/buyer on the Platform.
- “Platform” means the SysKriti website, LMS, Knorish, community hubs, and any associated digital interfaces used to deliver Services.
5. USE OF SERVICES AND ACCOUNT OBLIGATIONS
To access and use the Services, you adhere to the following:
5.1. Accuracy and Risk
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information to us during and after registration. You acknowledge that neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials offered for any specific purpose. Your use of our Services and the Platform is solely and entirely at your own risk.
5.2. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Platform and/or Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal, or forbidden by these Terms, or Indian or local laws that might apply to you.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COURSE USAGE
The contents of the Platform and the Services are proprietary to SysKriti and are licensed to us.
- Ownership: You will not have any authority to claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in the contents, which includes but is not limited to the design, layout, look, graphics, course materials, video recordings, and digital products.
- License Restrictions: Access to courses and memberships is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials, course recordings, or proprietary materials with external parties is strictly prohibited.
- Breach: Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material or unauthorized use of the Platform may lead to immediate termination of your account and legal action against you as per applicable laws.
7. PAYMENT, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
You agree to pay us the charges associated with availing the Services.
All financial transactions, cancellations, and refund requests are strictly governed by our Refund Policy. By transacting on this Platform, you agree to the terms laid out in the Refund Policy linked below.

You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of:
- Your breach of these Terms of Use;
- Your violation of any law, rules, or regulations; or
- Your infringement of the rights (including intellectual property rights) of a third party.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner. However, notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, internet failures, government actions).
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
