Syskriti - REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service that you have purchased through the SysKriti Private Limited Platform (
By transacting on the Platform, you agree to the terms listed below. We categorize our refunds and cancellations based on the nature of the product (Digital Services vs. Physical Goods).
2. CANCELLATION TIMEFRAME
General Rule: Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
2.1. For Physical Goods (Books, Kits, Merchandise)
- Currently Syskriti does not deal with physical merchandise either shipping or returns.
2.2. For Digital Services (Courses, Memberships, Consulting)
- Pre-Access Cancellation: If you have purchased a course but have not yet accessed the content or logged into the learning portal, you may request a cancellation within the 7-day window.
- Post-Access Restriction: Once digital content (videos, documents, community access) has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed, the service is deemed "consumed," and cancellation requests may be rejected to protect intellectual property.
3. REFUNDS FOR DEFECTIVE OR UNSATISFACTORY ITEMS
3.1. Damaged or Defective Goods
Not Applicable as we are currently not dealing with physical merchandise or goods.
4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT AND REFUND FORFEITURE
Notwithstanding the above, refunds are strictly not applicable in the following scenarios regarding Digital Services:
- Unauthorized Sharing: If it is determined that you have shared your login credentials, recorded course content, or distributed proprietary materials externally.
- Course Completion: If you have viewed a significant portion (e.g., >20%) of the course content or downloaded materials prior to requesting a refund.
5. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE
In case of any refunds approved by SYSKRITI PRIVATE LIMITED:
- Processing Time: It will take appro
ximately 15 days for the refund to be processed to you. - Method: Refunds will generally be credited back to the original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.).
