This Privacy Policy describes how SYSKRITI PRIVATE LIMITED and its affiliates (collectively "SysKriti", "we", "our", "us") collect, use, share, protect, or otherwise process your information/personal data through our website https://www.syskriti.in and associated platforms including mobile sites, mobile applications, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and community hubs (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

Please note that you may be able to browse certain sections of the Platform without registering with us. We do not offer any product/service under this Platform outside India and your personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India.

By visiting this Platform, providing your information, or availing any product/service offered on the Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, and the applicable service/product terms and conditions, and agree to be governed by the laws of India including but not limited to the laws applicable to data protection and privacy. If you do not agree please do not use or access our Platform.

2. DEFINITIONS

For the purpose of this Policy:

  • “Services” includes live cohort programs, self-paced learning courses, digital products, membership subscriptions, professional coaching, career support services, and IT/AI consulting services.
  • “User,” “You,” or “Learner” means any natural or legal person who visits, browses, accesses, or agrees to become a user/buyer on the Platform.

3. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

We collect your personal data when you use our Platform, services, or otherwise interact with us during the course of our relationship.

3.1. Information You Provide

We collect information provided to us during sign-up/registering or using our Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Identity Details: Name, date of birth, age, gender (optional).
  • Contact Details: Address, telephone/mobile number, email ID.
  • Profile Data: Educational background, employment history, interests, and professional goals.
  • Content: Assignments, community posts, comments, and support tickets submitted by you.

3.2. Automatic Collection

We may track your behavior, preferences, and other information that you choose to provide on our Platform. This information is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis to protect us against error, fraud, and other criminal activity. This includes:

  • Device Data: IP address, browser type, OS, time on site.
  • Learning Data: Course progress, video completion rates, quiz scores, and LMS interactions.

3.3. Payment and Financial Information

SysKriti does not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI information on its servers. However, we collect data related to your transactions on the Platform. All financial transactions are processed via PhonePe, a third-party business partner. When you transact, you may provide payment details directly to PhonePe. We imply that you have read their privacy policies prior to disclosing any information.

  • Note: If you receive an email or call claiming to be from SYSKRITI PRIVATE LIMITED seeking sensitive personal data like PINs or passwords, never provide such information.

4. USAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

We use personal data to provide the services you request. To the extent we use your personal data to market to you, we will provide you the ability to opt-out of such uses. We use your data for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To provide access to courses, process certifications, and assist in handling and fulfilling orders.
  • Platform Improvement: To customize your learning experience, conduct marketing research, analysis, and surveys.
  • Communication: To inform you about online and offline offers, products, services, and updates (via email, SMS, or instant messaging).
  • Security & Legal: To detect and protect us against error, fraud, and other criminal activity; enforce our terms and conditions; and resolve disputes.

We may share your personal data internally within our group entities, our other corporate entities, and affiliates to provide you access to the services and products offered by them.

This disclosure may be required for us to provide you access to our services, to comply with our legal obligations, or to prevent, detect, mitigate, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities related to our services.

5.2. Legal Disclosure

We may disclose personal and sensitive personal data to government agencies or other authorized law enforcement agencies if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes.

To protect your personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure, loss, or misuse we adopt reasonable security practices and procedures. 7.2. Account Deletion

You have an option to delete your account by visiting your profile and settings on our Platform (if available) or by writing to us. This action would result in you losing all information related to your account, including course progress and certificates.

  • Note: In the event of any pending grievance, claims, pending payments, or other services, we may refuse or delay deletion of the account.

8. YOUR CONSENT AND RIGHTS

8.1. Consent

By visiting our Platform or by providing your information, you consent to the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and otherwise processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You, while providing your personal data over the Platform, consent to us (including our affiliates, marketing channels, and business partners) to contact you through SMS, instant messaging apps, call and/or e-mail for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

8.2. Withdrawal of Consent

You have an option to withdraw your consent that you have already provided by writing to the Grievance Officer at the contact information provided below. Please mention “Withdrawal of consent for processing personal data” in the subject line.

  • Note: In the event you withdraw consent, we reserve the right to restrict or deny the provision of our services for which we consider such information to be necessary.

The Platform may contain links to other third-party websites (e.g., external resources, tools). On accessing these links, you will be governed by the privacy policies of such third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites.
